We rely on grants, individual donations, corporate sponsorship, and special event program fees to run our community programs. Founded in 2010, BEE Empowered Inc. serves the Southwest region of the United States, and is headquartered in Mansfield, Texas.
Our goal is to provide an avenue of community support, development and empowerment to adult women who are in transition and youth girls in helping them achieve life’s fulfillment.
Our Mission is to Empower, Transform and Equip communities on the importance of wellness and wholeness, through engaging and implementing preventative health living programs and transitional life services.

Demi Austin-Thomas is the Executive Director of Bee Empowered Incorporated, a women-centered nonprofit organization committed to creating transformational experiences that empower women to reconnect with their confidence, purpose, identity, and community.
An internationally sought-after keynote speaker, midlife transformational coach, former NBC television correspondent, media personality, and author, Demi has spent more than 16 years helping women navigate life's transitions with courage, clarity, and confidence. Her work centers on identity, reinvention, emotional healing, leadership, relationships, and personal growth—equipping women with practical tools to move beyond survival and begin thriving.
Demi's passion for women's empowerment was born from her own journey. After searching for authentic spaces where women could have honest conversations, feel genuinely seen, and grow without judgment, she realized those spaces were often difficult to find. Rather than waiting for someone else to create them, she decided to build them herself. That decision became the foundation of Bee Empowered Incorporated.
Today, Bee Empowered creates impactful programs, wellness experiences, workshops, conferences, and community events that inspire women to heal, grow, build meaningful relationships, and boldly embrace the next chapter of their lives. Through every initiative, the organization is committed to fostering belonging, personal development, and lasting transformation for women from all walks of life.
Demi is also the author of Sizzle Boldly: 7 Rule- Breaking Steps to Own Your Fire & Redefine Midlife, a transformational message encouraging women to stop shrinking, embrace their authentic identity, and boldly pursue the life they were created to live.
Above all, Demi believes that every woman deserves a place where she feels seen, heard, valued, and empowered. Through Bee Empowered Incorporated, she continues to build those spaces—one conversation, one experience, and one transformed life at a time.
What We Do
Our organization has become widely successful in curating onsite event activations, and brand experiences for preventative wellness services for women and girls.
Our goal is to conduct and manage community engagement activities via wellness forums, interactive seminars, onsite live events on an ongoing calendar basis, with specific focuses on targeted areas regarding women's and girls wellness initiatives.
Our community engagement process means working with and through our corporate sponsors and brand partners who see value in our efforts as we work to achieve a common goal - educate, inspire, and empower lives!

Since 2010, Bee Empowered Incorporated has developed and implemented prevention-focused, wellness, lifestyle, leadership, and personal development programs designed to educate, inspire, and empower women and girls throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
