BEE Empowered Inc. operates as a non-profit organization under the Federal 501(c)3 IRS code.
We rely on grants, individual donations, corporate sponsorship, and special event program fees to run our community programs. Founded in 2010, BEE Empowered Inc. serves the Southwest region of the United States, and is headquartered in Mansfield, Texas.
Our goal is to provide an avenue of community support, development and empowerment to adult women who are in transition and youth girls in helping them achieve life’s fulfillment.
Our Mission is to Empower, Transform and Equip communities on the importance of wellness and wholeness, through engaging and implementing preventative health living programs and transitional life services.

Demi Austin-Thomas is the Executive Director of Bee Empowered Incorporated, a women-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to creating empowering spaces where women can connect, grow, heal, evolve, and rediscover themselves personally and professionally.
A globally sought-after keynote speaker, transformational coach, former NBC television correspondent, and media personality, Demi is known for her impactful conversations around reinvention, identity, confidence, healing, relationships, leadership, and personal growth. Her passion for women’s empowerment is rooted not only in her professional experience, but also in her personal journey.
Demi created her very first women’s event because she personally needed a safe space — a place where women could be real, feel seen, have honest conversations, and learn from one another without judgment. What initially began as a personal desire for connection and community quickly evolved into a larger mission to curate transformative experiences for women from all walks of life.
Through Bee Empowered Incorporated, Demi now curates impactful events, wellness experiences, workshops, community conversations, and empowerment gatherings designed to encourage women to reconnect with their voice, confidence, purpose, and inner power.
She is also the author of Sizzle Boldly, a transformational message encouraging women to boldly redefine every area of their lives and stop shrinking in spaces they were called to shine in.
Above all, Demi is deeply passionate about creating meaningful spaces where women feel empowered, supported, inspired, and reminded that they are not alone on their journey.
What We Do
Our organization has become widely successful in curating onsite event activations, and brand experiences for preventative wellness services for women and girls.
Our goal is to conduct and manage community engagement activities via wellness forums, interactive seminars, onsite live events on an ongoing calendar basis, with specific focuses on targeted areas regarding women's and girls wellness initiatives.
Our community engagement process means working with and through our corporate sponsors and partners who see value in our efforts as we work to achieve a common goal - educate, inspire, and empower lives!
How We Do It
Since 2010 BEE Empowered Inc. has implemented a wide range of prevention focused programs, and community related special events/forums/seminars/workshops and social marketing campaigns that address key women’s and girls wellness and life issues.
Our community events and programs have serviced over 18,000 women in the DFW Metroplex.
Our database expands to over 78,500 women who have attended or benefited through our community engagement events.
